At Carbonell Exclusive Properties, we don’t see homes as just structures. We see them as spaces where life unfolds, where stories are written, where families grow, and where generations come together. Each project we undertake is infused with the same dedication and attention to detail that has guided us since 1945.

Ours is a story rooted in Mallorca—an island we know intimately, an island we cherish. We have learned from its landscapes, its traditions, and the wisdom passed down through time. Over the years, we have refined not only the way we build but also the way we listen—to the land, to materials, and to the people who trust us to bring their vision to life.

We believe that a home should stand the test of time, not just in its walls and foundations but in the way it feels, the way it welcomes, the way it belongs to its surroundings.

A Brief History

1945: The grandfather Toni Carbonell opens a small workshop where he manufactures concrete blocks and prestressed beams. His children transformed this workshop into a large factory, and his grandchildren continue to drive and diversify a prosperous business today.

2010: Tomeu Carbonell learns the trade of buying and selling plots from a young age thanks to his other grandfather, Tomeu Mas. At a very young age, he begins his first renovations and developments.

2015: Tomeu separates from other family businesses to found Carbonell Exclusive Properties with the obsession of acquiring incredible plots and accumulating a large stock of projects and licenses.

2020: The world stops because of covid19. After the lockdown, our sales success is overwhelming, and we must radically expand the team. We grow significantly, but above all, we learn a lot.

2023: We have become a relevant company in the center of Mallorca. Our reputation has grown, and our commercial policy has changed: we now have the privilege of dedicating more time to perfect our projects, knowing that our work is being highly recognized.

2024: We solidify our integral project management business focused on professional investors. Carbonell Exclusive Management was born.

  • Tomeu Carbonell

    FOUNDER
    Degree in Geography and Business Administration from the University of the Balearic Islands. With his extensive experience in real estate and construction, he founded the company in 2015 and has led it ever since. He is the heart and soul of the project.

  • Juan De La Peña

    SALES & PROJECTS
    Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Navarra and an MBA from the University of California, he developed his career in the fashion industry before joining the project in 2018 as a project manager and client relations manager.

  • David Maya

    MARKETING
    Degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Panamerican University in Mexico, worked as a film and advertising producer for 20 years and has been responsible for our communication and graphic image since 2021.
